Wes Flores started at a young age as a painter working with Steve Censarri, Greg Hutchinson, and Hugh Hechner (not the infamous Hefner), where he learned to perform work quickly with one employer and with quality from another. The merging of these two skills created a highly efficient method of application where he awed people with his fast, yet fine approach to his work.
Wes started his own company, Total Painting Concepts (TPC) in the late '80s and worked for companies such as Miller & Desatnik, and other management firms throughout southern California where it was all about volume and working quickly. Following a personal transition in his life, Wes desired to once again start his own company. With the help of a friend and now business partner, Roxane McCosh, they started All Ways Painting. Wes resides in Manhattan Beach where his daughter graduated from Mira Costa High School.
